Desi Dhaba Karhai Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken or goat meat ............. 5 kg
Oil ............. 1 cup
Onion .............. 3 numbers
Tomatoes .......... 3 pieces
Garlic Ginger paste ............. 2 tablespoons
Salt .......... 1 teaspoon
Red crushed pepper ........... 1 teaspoon
Roasted chopped coriander and roasted chopped cumin ............. one and a half tablespoon
Ginger long finely chopped Spoon
Chopped pepper 1 teaspoon
Green coriander For decoration
Lemon juice

Synthesis:
First heat the oil and fry the onion. Now add chicken and fry it.
When it becomes light golden, add crushed ginger and garlic.
Lightly fry, add finely chopped tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes are melted and peeled.
Then add salt and red pepper, add roasted coriander, cumin, chopped ginger and thick chopped black pepper and finally add lemon juice and cover the tail for 10 minutes.
Add green coriander before removing.

Take it and enjoy the dhaba pan sitting at home and don't forget to have raita and simple chopped onion with you.
