Synthesis :
First heat a cup of oil in a saucepan and brown two finely chopped onions until golden brown and add fourteen pieces of chicken to dry the water.
Now add ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, crushed red chilies, crushed hot spices and salt to taste and fry lightly.
Now take out a cup of soaked lentil water, add three to four glasses of water and lentils and cook on low heat.
When it boils, add half a teaspoon of baking soda.
Then wait until the chickens are melted and combined with the lentils and then turn off the stove۔
Now add the chopped tomatoes to the chicken pieces and lightly fry and add two cups of water.
When hot, add chickpeas, finely chopped ginger, chicken cubes and white cumin and simmer over low heat.
When the oil rises, serve the prepared chicken with hot bread.
